I am not familiar with Soviet Soviet as much but I familiar with Frank (Just Frank). They're from Europe. They have that old Post-punk and Coldwave influence. Soviet Soviet is kind of in the same vain, maybe more noisy. They sort of remind me of The Cramps. A Modern take.
